we are moving!!!

We are moving to Nashville for Lucas to get his masters! 

We are sad to leave our precious family and friends in Abilene

 behind, but are very excited about this new adventure!

I am also so sad to be leaving our sweet little casa 

that has been a joy to work on for the past three years. (sniff sniff) 

I have sooo enjoyed posting all the projects and 

remodels that have occurred in this home.

From scraping and painting the entire exterior to tiling the shower, 

to most recently updating the kitchen...it has been so much

 fun putting our extra time and effort into making this place our home!

I think that there is going to be an open house this weekend on Sunday...

so if you are interested in living in a great 2bdrm/1bath house

 on a quiet little street, with really sweet neighbors...

kitchen update.

Here's a pic of my kitchen when we were first moving in in 2009.

My sweet MIL was helping me decide where everything should live :)

 We painted the kitchen almost immediately after we bought it but we just installed new counters and a backsplash this weekend....loving it!
